Vin De Rosa

Vin de Rosa originates from an old tradition of Dignano. It is a sweet and very fragrant wine. Made from a composite mix of Malvasia and Muscat Rose. Appears orange- coppery with an intense and complex aroma of dried fruit, ripe fruit and compote and acacia honey. Its taste, sweet and full, with an elegant body and excellent balance of acidity, alcohol and sugars. Has a long aftertaste.

Istrian Malvasia CGO

Straw yellow colour with green tints. Appears young and delicate with well expressed aromas of white fruit and citruses, especially grapefruit. The flavor is extremely balanced owing to the freshness and elegance of a fresh wine and the intensity and fullness of classical Malvasia.

Marana

This combination of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic offering excellent results in southern Istrian terroir. In the glass it appears ruby red. The aroma is very complex with zests of berries, white pepper and spicy notes, mostly vanilla. Offers a unique experience for the palate due to its soft taste, warm and structured. The tannins are mature.

The last production phase is bottling done without filtering, with the wine maturing in the bottles for 3 to 4 months.

Prestige

The wine appears crystalline with straw greenish tint and a gentle characteristic Muscat aroma. Distinguished by refreshing floral scents with notes of elder and fresh white fruit. This wine has a very pleasant and complex bouquet owing to the freshness of its acidity, balanced by the low sugar residual and an elegant body.

Sparkling wine Babos

The Babos sparkling wine is 100% Istrian Malvasia. The grapes are harvested as soon as the end of August in order to maintain high acids which are indispensable for a good sparkling wine. The production method is Charmat. The wine is labeled “extra dry”, has a lovely straw yellow colour, crystal clear towards shiny. Distinguished by a lovely perlage with a lot of tiny, long-lasting bubbles. The wine has a partially pronounced intense and pleasant scent. Floral aromas dominate, with a zest of citrus and dry fruit and just a trace of yeast, with partially rich complexity. The final result is an excellent sparkling wine, ready for consumption.

The Babos Sparkling rosé wine is made of pink Moscato and Teran grapes. The grapes are harvested by the end of August in order to maintain the acidity high, necessary for a good sparkling wine. Produced with the Charmat Method. The wine is classified as “dry”- semi-sweet and has a cherry pink colour. Distinguished by an elegant perlage with a lot of tiny, long-lasting bubbles. Distinguished by aromas of raspberries and blueberries, a scent of yeast, a bit of dry fruits and a hint of bread crust with meadow honey. The wine is semi-sweet, has a good acidity that creates balance in the mouth. It has a raspberry aftertaste.

Olive fruit carries historical value. Its importance was observed already in the earliest times, while its product is often referred as '' liquid gold ''. The success of our production comes from the location of our olive groves. The Istrian peninsula is due to its natural characteristics, composition and appearance, soil, climate, exceptionally suitable area for growing olives and producing oil.

Extra virgin oil Babos has clear golden yellow color with green hues that glisten in the light. In its processing it is important to apply only mechanical procedures in a cool environment - without heating above 27 ° C and conducting refining. It is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants that protect our health. Expressive and complex aroma with vegetal notes of artichoke, chicory, lettuce, basil and parsley.

His use in gastronomy is unlimited. Olive oil enriches all fish dishes, many meat and vegetable dishes and salads.

Blended oil, with a slightly spicy flavour.

The scent recalls hints of almond and tomato leaf.
